I participate on the Northern NJ Board of Directors of American Society for Training & Development, currently holds the role of VP, Leadership Development. 

I earned my M.S. degree in Applied Psychology with a concentration in HR Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a B.A. in General Psychology, Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude, with a concentration in math and statistics from Douglass College, Rutgers University.
