Pam Sammarco President & CEO

Pam is a Certified Professional in Workplace Learning & Performance.  She offers a proven track record of advancing performance by improving productivity, skills and knowledge. 

Sammarco has worked for progressive and innovative companies: Citicorp, American Express, Alcatel-Lucent and Medco Health Solutions.

Pam participates on the Northern NJ Board of Directors of American Society for Training & Development, currently holds the role of VP, Leadership Development. 

Pam earned her M.S. degree in Applied Psychology with a concentration in HR Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a B.A. in General Psychology, Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude, with a concentration in math and statistics from Douglass College, Rutgers University.
