This states the Terms of Use ("Terms") under which you may use www.greentrainingassociates.com (the "Site").

If you do not accept the Terms stated herein, do not use the Site. By accesing and using the Site, you agree to be bound by the Terms.

Green Training Associates, LLC ("GTA") may revise the Terms at any time by posting an updated version to the Site. You should visit this page periodically to review the most current Terms because they are binding on you. Continued use of or visits to the Site shall constitute your acceptance of any modified terms and conditions.  The terms "you" and "user" as used herein refer to all individuals and/or entities accessing the Site for any reason.

1.         Intellectual Property

GTA authorizes you to view and access the content available on or from the Site solely for your personal use. The contents of the Site, such as text, graphics, images, logos, button icons, software and other GTA content (collectively, "GTA Content"), are protected under both United States and foreign copyright, trademark and other laws. All GTA Content is the property of GTA or its content suppliers or clients. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement and assembly) of all content on the Site is the exclusive property of GTA and is protected by United States and foreign copyright, trademark, and other laws. Unauthorized use of the GTA Content may violate these laws, and is strictly prohibited. You must retain all copyright, trademark, service mark and other proprietary notices contained in the original GTA Content on any authorized copy you make of the GTA Content.

You agree not to sell or modify the GTA Content or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the GTA Content in any way for any public or commercial purpose, in connection with products or services that are not those of the Site, in any other manner that is likely to cause confusion among consumers, that disparages or discredits GTA or its licensors, that dilutes the strength of GTA’s or its licensor’s property, or that otherwise infringes GTA’s or its licensor’s intellectual property rights. You further agree no other way to misuse GTA Content that appears on the Site. The use of the GTA Content on any other web site or in a networked computer environment for any purpose is prohibited. Any code that GTA creates to generate or display any GTA Content or the pages making up the Site is also protected by GTA’s copyright and you may not copy or adapt such code.

Except as expressly authorized by GTA, you agree not to reproduce, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, mirror, frame, republish, download, transmit, or create derivative works of the GTA Content, in whole or in part, by any means. You may not modify, decompile, or reverse engineer any software related to the operation of the Site. You may not remove or modify any copyright or trademark notice, or other notice of ownership found anywhere on the Site.

GTA Trademarks means all names, marks, brands, logos, designs, trade dress, slogans and other designations GTA uses in connection with its products and services. You may not copy, use, remove, or alter any GTA Trademarks, or co-brand your own products or material with GTA Trademarks, without GTA's prior written consent. You acknowledge GTA's rights in the GTA Trademarks and agree that any use of the GTA Trademarks by you shall inure to GTA's sole benefit. You agree not to incorporate any GTA Trademarks into your trademarks, service marks, company names, Internet addresses, domain names, or any other similar designations.

2. Limited License; Permitted Uses.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license (a) to access and use the Site strictly in accordance with this Agreement; (b) to use the Site solely for internal, personal, non-commercial purposes; and (c) to print out discrete information from the Site solely for internal, personal, non-commercial purposes and provided that you maintain all copyright and other policies contained therein. No print out or electronic version of any part of the Site or its contents may be used by you in any litigation or arbitration matter whatsoever under any circumstances.

3. Our Service.

The Site and any services provided to you on and through the Site are on an "AS IS" basis. You agree that GTA exclusively reserves the right and may, at any time and without notice and any liability to you, modify or discontinue the Site and its services or delete any data, whether temporarily or permanently. We shall have no responsibility or liability for the timeliness, deletion, failure to store, inaccuracy, or improper delivery of any data or information.

4. Your Conduct.

You explicitly agree, in using the Site or any service provided, that you shall not:

(a) perform any conduct that may be unlawful, illegal, threatening, harmful, abusive, harassing, stalking, tortious, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, offensive, objectionable, pornographic, designed to or does interfere or interrupt the Site or any service provided, infect the Site with a virus or other destructive or deleterious programming routine, give rise to civil or criminal liability, or which may violate an applicable local, national or international law;

(b) impersonate or misrepresent your association with any person or entity, or forge or otherwise seek to conceal or misrepresent the origin of any GTA Content;

(c) collect or harvest any data about other users; and

(d) provide or use the Site or GTA Content in any commercial manner or in any manner that would involve junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of unauthorized advertising without our prior written consent.

5.         Third Party Services.

Goods and services of third parties may be advertised and/or made available on or through the Site. Representations made regarding products and services provided by third parties are governed by the policies and representations made by these third parties. We shall not be liable for or responsible in any manner for any of your dealings or interaction with third parties.

6.         Indemnification.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless, our subsidiaries, affiliates, related parties, officers, directors, employees, agents, independent contractors, advertisers, partners, and co-branders from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, that may be made by any third party, that is due to or arising out of your conduct or connection with the Site or service, your violation of the Terms or any other violation of the rights of another person or party.
